Our Promise & Coverage

Just Hacked On ("we", "us", "the Academy") stands behind the quality of its training. If we fail to deliver what we promised, or if you genuinely cannot follow the training despite honest effort, you are covered by our 40 Day Money Back Guarantee.

This policy applies exclusively to students enrolled in the Academy's online courses and training tracks. It does not apply to corporate training programs or security services. The 40 day period initiates exactly on the date your payment is confirmed. Refund claims received after day 40 are not eligible.

Qualification Criteria for a 100% Refund

If The Academy Is At Fault

You are refunded in full with no minimum class requirements if:

We are not teaching what was promised at enrollment.
Live sessions you paid for are not delivered or rescheduled.
You are not given the operational access you paid for.

If You Cannot Understand The Training

If our teaching does not work for you, you may claim a refund provided:

You have attended at least 5 live classes.
You have completed the tactical assignments given properly.
You gave the course proper effort as shown by attendance.

// STRICT EXCLUSIONS

When a Refund Is Not Available

You choose to leave. If you decide to stop, quit, or discontinue by your own choice, or you change your mind, lose interest, or have a change in schedule.
Recorded lectures. Recorded lectures that have been shared with you are non refundable. A purchase of recorded content alone is not covered.
Conditions not met. Attending fewer than 5 classes, incomplete tasks and assignments, or not giving the course proper time and effort.
Late claims. Any refund claim made after the official 40 day period has expired.
Misuse of content. Downloading, copying, recording, sharing, or reselling course material, or violating the Academy's rules of conduct.

Claim Process & Timelines

How to Claim Email support@justhackedon.org within 40 days. Include your full name, enrolled track, valid payment proof, and a clear operational reason for your claim.

Refund Timeline Once approved, the refund is processed within 3 working days. Funds are routed back exclusively to the original bank or payment account used for the initial transaction.

Bad-Faith Claims & Fraud Prevention If a claim is found to be fraudulent, misleading, or filed alongside an unjustified payment dispute, no refund will be issued. Access to all JHO platforms will be immediately terminated, and severe cases may result in a permanent ban from the Academy.

Policy Changes The version active on your enrollment date applies to your profile.

Governing Law Governed by the laws of Pakistan, with jurisdiction in Rawalpindi.
