Refund & Academic Enrollment Policy
Welcome to Just Hacked On. We are committed to providing high-quality, ISO 21001-certified educational experiences. This policy ensures a transparent relationship between the academy and our students regarding financial transactions, course discipline, and content protection.
100% Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand by the quality of our education. You are eligible for a 100% refund within 30 days of your enrollment date under the following conditions:
Technical Issues: Persistent platform or resource access problems that we are unable to resolve.
Learning Barriers: If the course content is not understandable despite your active participation and communication with our support team.
Content Mismatch: If the provided material significantly deviates from the course description.
Payment Default & Student Abandonment
To maintain operational integrity and academic discipline, the following rules apply to fee management:
Removal due to Non-Responsiveness: If a student fails to submit remaining fees (installments) by the due date and remains unresponsive to official reminders, the academy reserves the right to permanently remove the student and revoke all access.
Forfeiture of Payments: In the event of removal due to payment default or inactivity, any fees previously paid shall be strictly non-refundable.
Re-admission Terms: Should a removed student wish to rejoin, they will no longer be eligible for installment plans. Re-admission will only be granted upon full payment of the total course fee upfront.
Student Flexibility
We value commitment and offer exclusive flexibility to our dedicated learners:
Proactive Communication: In case of a genuine personal or technical emergency, students may be granted relaxation on deadlines or fee submissions ONLY IF they proactively inform the academy management before any official inquiry or reminder is issued.
Complimentary Second Batch Access: Students who have paid their full course fee are eligible to enroll in one (1) subsequent batch of the same course to attend live lectures again at no additional cost. This is to ensure students can reinforce their learning.
Access Revocation for Non-Compliance: This flexibility is a privilege, not a right. Access to future batches, live sessions, or the current student portal (including recorded sessions) may be permanently revoked if a student:
Fails to attend live classes without prior formal notice.
Consistently fails to complete and submit assignments on time.
Shows lack of engagement with the academy’s curriculum.
Intellectual Property & Content Protection
Just Hacked On enforces a zero-tolerance policy regarding the protection of its proprietary educational assets:
Proprietary Rights: All course materials, including live recordings, specialized scripts, and PDF modules, are the exclusive intellectual property of the academy.
Unauthorized Distribution: Any attempt to record, replicate, or distribute academy content on third-party platforms or share account credentials is strictly prohibited.
Legal Consequences: Any breach will lead to immediate termination without a refund. Furthermore, the academy reserves the right to initiate formal legal proceedings under relevant Cybercrime and Intellectual Property laws to seek damages.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
To ensure clarity, we differentiate between the responsibilities of both parties:
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Personal Choice: Change of mind, busy schedule, or lack of personal interest.
Conduct Violations: If a student is removed due to a violation of our Terms of Service or Code of Conduct.
Content Consumption: If a student has accessed more than 25% of the curriculum or downloaded major course resources.
